"... Seriously, I went through an extensive string shootout with Ernie Ball Slinkys, Ernie Ball Paradigms, D'Addario EXL and NYXL's, Cleartone Monster series, Elixer (absolute yuk!), DR Strings, Dunlop Strings, and lastly, Savarez Hex Strings.
They all have their good points and bad points (DR and Dunlop strings have serious intonation problems that need to be addressed).
And you know what? I always kept coming back to GHS STRINGS beacuse of the TONE, FEEL and lastly the bang for the dollar. GHS strings may not last as long as NYXL's and Paradigms, BUT, the tone and feel is far superior."
